Our Store Associate is dedicated to creating a memorable customer experience in a space designed for gaming enthusiasts and creative play. This role is committed to building the gaming community while delivering premier customer service. Through insightful conversations, the Store Associate connects with customers to understand their needs and guide them through our diverse game offerings and product showcases.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet each customer with a friendly greeting upon entering and acknowledge them as they leave.
  • Focus on assisting in daily online and in-store inquiries, and orders which includes (and may not be limited to) fulfillment of orders and assistance on requests related to store inventory.
  • Process transactions on the POS system, including sales, returns, exchanges, and end-of-day reconciliation.
  • Handle orders on the online store (Shopee and Shopify), such as order pickups and drop-offs.
  • Maintain and dust product displays daily, following store standards.
  • Keep the store looking neat by removing clutter and cleaning all customer-facing areas.
  • Consistently follow opening or closing procedures, including alarm usage and coordination with the Store building's teams.

  • Be able to assist in product recommendation to customer interests.

  • Continuously learn and play the store's supported game titles to better showcase options to customers.

  • Stay familiar with the store's supported game titles to confidently answer customer questions in the play areas.

  • Inform and invite customers to events that align with their interests.

  • Build strong relationships with customers and members of various gaming communities.

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Store Manager.

Qualifications:

  • At least Senior High School graduate
  • Minimum 1 year of prior experience in retail or customer service role
  • Able to lift up to 10 kilograms
  • Must be able to work within hours of operations
  • Quickly learns and retains information on various game genres, mechanics, and hundreds of game titles.
  • Has a genuine passion for gaming and creative play.
  • Exhibits strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Maintains a professional, positive attitude with both customers and staff.
  • Proficient in cash handling, end-of-day reconciliation, and using the POS system and online administrative tools.
  • Experienced in secure credit transactions and safeguarding customer information.
  • Able to operate security systems and follow appropriate escalation procedures.

Location / Work Schedule:

  • Cubao, Quezon City
  • On-site
  • Wednesday-Sunday: 1pm-10pm
