How do I place a bid?
Enter your bid amount
Follow the posted bid increment. If the increment is PHP 100, valid bids would be PHP 1,000, PHP 1,100, PHP 1,200, and so on.
Confirm your bid
Check the box to confirm your bid and agree to the auction rules.
Submit your bid
Click Submit to lock it in. Your bid goes live immediately and can be reviewed in your drop history page.
Auction Rules
Each bid is a promise
- Bids are final and cannot be retracted.
- You must pay within 48 hours if you win.
- Second-chance offers: If the winner fails to pay on time, the lot might be offered to the next highest eligible bidder at their last bid price. If you receive a second-chance offer, you must complete checkout within the same payment window.
- Non-payment adds a strike to your account. Reaching 3 strikes results in a permanent auction ban.
Penalties
Missing a payment or violating auction rules results in progressive penalties based on your 12-month history:
- First strike: 7-day suspension from all auctions
- Second strike: 30-day suspension from all auctions
- Third strike: Permanent ban from auctions
Anti-snipe protection
If anti-snipe protection is active, any bid placed shortly before the auction ends will extend the timer, allowing other bidders a fair chance to respond.
Account standing
Only accounts in good standing can participate. Keep your history clean to stay eligible for drops.
Auction Types
English Auctions (ascending)
Bidders compete by placing incrementally higher bids. The highest bid when the auction ends wins. This is the classic auction format you're probably familiar with.
Dutch Auctions (descending)
The price starts high and automatically decreases by the increment amount every minute. The first bidder to accept the current price wins immediately and the auction ends.
Example: Auction starts at PHP 5,000 and drops PHP 100 every minute. If you bid when the price shows PHP 4,200, you win it instantly at PHP 4,200.
Auction Tiers
Your auction tier sets eligibility for specific auctions. Higher tiers unlock access to more valuable auctions and exclusive drops.
Guest
New accounts without qualifying activity. Can bid on auctions marked for Guest tier only.
Basic
Access to auctions marked for Basic tier or higher. Requires account age 30+ days and one of:
- Lifetime purchases >= PHP 3,000
- Joined 1+ event in the last 120 days
Verified
Access to all standard auctions. Requires account age 30+ days and one of:
- Lifetime purchases >= PHP 10,000
- Joined 3+ events in the last 120 days
Premium
Full access including exclusive and limited auctions. Requires account age 30+ days and one of:
- Lifetime purchases >= PHP 50,000
- Joined 10+ events in the last 120 days
Your tier is automatically evaluated based on your purchase history and event participation. Check your account overview to see your current tier and progress toward the next level.
Payment & Shipping
Invoice
When you win, we generate an invoice for your account. It includes your winning bid and any taxes, shipping, or add-on services you select.

Shipping
After payment clears, your item(s) will be shipped via our standard fulfillment flow with tracking.
