Event Structure
We will be requiring participants to have at least 8 cards from the MTG Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMT) set. These cards must be newly printed cards (not reprinted cards).
In addition to the usual prize pool, we'll also be awarding 1 Promo Pack to the two participants with the most unique ECL cards in their deck.
