Event Format - Players must use an Oshi Holomem, Holomem, spot Holomem from the latest set. Participants may also choose to include cards of featured talents in Booster Pack Elite Spark that are distributed outside the Booster Pack.
Swiss Format - 4 rounds at 9+ players; scale down to 3 rounds if 4-8 players
