Stores are expected to follow the trainers web Lottery system for electing players to join the tournament.

Registration Deadline for Election Chance: January 3, 2026, 10PM
When you get Elected:
- PREPAYMENT REQUIRED!
- Please secure your slots by settling your entry fee on/before January 8, 8pm!
- This will be followed strictly.
- Provide to us the Name and Player ID you registered with at the Pokémon TCG Trainers Website by messaging us through our Website Contact or on our Facebook page
- Failing prepayment will result to slot cancellation
After Prepayment:
- Please still be on time for check-in!
- Elected Players Check-in time: January 10, 2026 12:30pm-1:30pm
If you are Declined:
If you are interested in entering the event as a Walk-in Participant, please take note of the following:
ONLINE "Walk-ins" (opens January 9, 12pm until slots fill)
- In the event that some Elected players miss on pre-payment, slots will be opened for Walk-ins.
- We will announce the number of slots to be opened.
- Registration for this process will be done through this Google Form (to be live on Jan. 9, 12pm)
OFFLINE Walk-in - last chance
- 1. Gates of the store and the store will only open by 12PM. We kindly ask everyone to organize themselves in the best manner possible if anyone plans to be around the store premises before this hour.
- 2. To record your queue position, we will be distributing queue numbers - first come first served. Do not lose this number.
- 3. Once the check-ins for Elected Registrants finish, we still start calling for numbers from the queue of Physical Walk-Ins.
- 4. If you are not present during the call, then your number is voided and we'll move on to the next.
